The General Terms and Conditions of the online shop Fiziosan d.o.o., Ptujska ulica 19, 1000 Ljubljana are drawn up in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the Act on Electronic Commerce on the Market (ZEPT) and the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1).
The General Terms and Conditions of Business deal with the operation of the online shop, the rights of the user and the business relationship between the provider and the buyer.

The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read and agrees to the full text of the General Terms and Conditions of the online shop at www.fiziosan.si (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”).

Ordering
Online purchases in the fiziosan.si online shop can be made as a guest whose details are recorded in our database of completed purchases. In both cases, the user’s purchase data is recorded in our database. The protection of personal data is described below under a separate point.
When viewing the offer, the user selects the “Add to basket” option next to the selected items. The selected items are collected in a basket (icon on the top right), which the user can check at any time and edit the items in it (change the quantity and/or remove them from the list). The user continues the order process by clicking on the “Checkout” button, where he checks the list of selected products. At the checkout, the user completes the whole purchase:
Upon confirmation and execution of the order by the user, Fiziosan Ltd. sends an e-mail confirming the user’s order.
Before confirmation, Fiziosan d.o.o. will review the order and reserves the right to refuse in the event of the item being out of stock or manifestly incorrect prices which may arise in the event of errors in automated transfers, of which the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. In case of confusion, to verify information or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, the company may call the customer at the telephone number entered in the shopping cart.
The contract of sale between Fiziosan d.o.o. and the buyer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Fiziosan d.o.o. and the Buyer. The Buyer shall be the person whose details are given at the time of placing the order. No subsequent changes to the buyer’s details are possible. By placing an order, the Buyer guarantees the accuracy of the data and at the same time confirms the Terms and Conditions and irrevocably and exclusively acknowledges and accepts them as an integral part of his order.
The confirmed order is available in electronic form at the registered office of Fiziosan d.o.o., Ptujska ulica 19, 1000 Ljubljana.
The Buyer may obtain a copy of the order by requesting it by e-mail to info@fiziosan.si.
The costs associated with the use of a means of communication for ordering do not differ from the basic tariff.
Material defects, complaints, service and warranty
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, Fiziosan d.o.o. shall be liable for material defects in the goods.
The Buyer must inform Fiziosan d.o.o. of any material defect, together with a detailed description of the defect, within two days of discovering the defect and at the same time allow the goods to be inspected. Fiziosan d.o.o. shall not be held liable for material defects in the goods which appear after the expiry of the statutory time limit from the date of receipt of the goods.
The right to claim for material defects in goods is regulated in more detail by the Consumer Protection Act.
At Fiziosan d.o.o. we are aware of the importance of complaints and we do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible, to the mutual satisfaction of both parties and in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

The consumer must then return the goods to the company no later than 10 days after the consumer’s written notice of cancellation, bearing the direct costs of the return. The products must be unused and undamaged. A copy of the order must be attached. The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. The Provider shall refund the total purchase price (purchase price plus delivery costs) as soon as possible, but at the latest within 20 days of receipt of the consumer’s cancellation notice.
Prices
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, which is clearly indicated on the final invoice. Prices and other benefits (discounts, etc.) are valid at the time of ordering and have no predefined validity. The prices quoted apply only to purchases made through the online shop www.fiziosan.si and to the payment methods indicated below, subject to the conditions indicated.
Fiziosan d.o.o. reserves the right to change the prices of the assortment daily without prior notice.
In the event that the price information is incorrect or the price is changed during the processing of the order, Fiziosan d.o.o. will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
Payment method
The following payment methods are available in the online shop www.fiziosan.si:
When paying online with a credit card, if you cancel your order or change your payment method, please contact us at info@fiziosan.si for a credit or refund.
**On receipt of payment after the quotation/invoice has been received, the order will proceed to processing.
If you choose to pay “by invoice”, you will be redirected to a sub-page with the payment details: payment amount, transaction account, reference and purpose of payment. In this case, you will pay for the goods ordered by a UPN (form) at a bank, post office or through your online bank. Once payment has been made, you can send us a confirmation of payment by email to info@fiziosan.si to speed up the processing of your order. The invoice received must be settled within 3 working days at the latest, otherwise Fiziosan d.o.o. will cancel the order.
The payment to the TRR of Fiziosan d.o.o. is arranged on the basis of the data received by the user in case of selecting the payment by pre-invoice.
Delivery and collection
Goods ordered and in stock will be delivered within 3 working days of receipt of the order, or upon receipt of payment in the case of invoicing, unless otherwise stated. Due to holidays or weekends, shipping times may be extended, so please be understanding. If the goods ordered are currently out of stock, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Delivery is carried out in cooperation with Post Slovenije or another contracted delivery service. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you can collect the ordered items in accordance with the delivery service’s rules.
Delivery charges, invoice
Packaging and delivery costs are to be paid by the buyer. The cost is calculated according to the current price list and the weight of the shipment. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown separately before the order is placed. VAT is included in the delivery price.

The Buyer receives the goods delivered to the address in accordance with the rules of the delivery service.
On receipt of the goods delivered, the Buyer will also receive the original invoice with all the details and in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale published on this page and confirmed at the time of placing the order.
Fiziosan d.o.o. sends the invoice to the customer in electronic format to the customer’s e-mail address or attaches it to the shipment after the shipment of the ordered items.
In the case of personal collection at the collection point, the customer will receive a printed invoice for the purchased items upon collection.
The invoice breaks down the price and all costs related to the purchase.
The Buyer is obliged to verify the accuracy of the data before placing the order, as any objections raised later regarding the accuracy of the invoices issued by fiziosan.si will not be taken into account.
Withdrawal from the contract
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods, without giving any reason, by giving written notice of withdrawal within that period (this applies exclusively to natural persons who acquire the goods for purposes outside their own business).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must inform Fiziosan d.o.o., Ptujska ulica 19, 1000 Ljubljana, e-mail info@fiziosan.si, of his/her decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (in writing by post, fax or e-mail). For this purpose, the consumer may use the sample withdrawal form available to him/her on request by e-mail.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the consumer has already received the goods and withdraws from the contract, the goods must be returned to Fiziosan d.o.o. as soon as possible, or at the latest within 14 days of the date of the notification of withdrawal from the contract (purchase). The goods must be returned undamaged, in the same quantity and in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.
The Company shall refund the purchase price within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice. The company has the right to withhold the reimbursement of the purchase price received until the consumer has taken delivery of the returned goods or until the consumer has provided proof that he has sent the goods back.
The right to a refund in the event of a warranty and material defects is regulated in more detail by the Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints and disputes
Fiziosan d.o.o. complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation and will use its best endeavours to ensure an effective complaints handling system.

The complaint procedure is confidential.
Fiziosan Ltd will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and will inform the customer how long it will take to process the complaint and keep the customer informed of the progress of the complaint.
Any disputes arising from the use of the online shop www.fiziosan.si between the Customer and Fiziosan d.o.o. shall be resolved by the parties primarily by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the competent court for the resolution of disputes shall be the court of subject matter jurisdiction in Maribor.
Fiziosan d.o.o. does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution.
Protection of personal data
By entering into a purchase contract, you agree that your personal data will be stored and used by us solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order (sending you information material, offers, invoices, newsletters) and other necessary communications.
Fiziosan d.o.o. undertakes to treat all personal data obtained in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (adequate protection against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access or disclosure by third parties). Despite the appropriate technical and organisational procedures to protect the data we collect, Fiziosan d.o.o. cannot exclude the possibility of misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium, despite security measures and secure communication protocols.
It is the user’s responsibility to protect their personal data by ensuring that their username and password are secure and that the original equipment on their computer is up-to-date and antivirus-protected.
For the purposes of its business, Fiziosan d.o.o. collects the following user data: first and last name, address and place of residence, e-mail address, contact telephone number and other data entered by users in the forms on the website www.fiziosan.si is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
