Description:
Onda device

How does shock wave technology (ONDA) work?

Shock wave technology is based on the generation of an acoustic wave characterised by a high energy peak that can be adjusted within a specific frequency range. The projectile accelerated in the handpiece by an electromagnetic pulse generates a mechanical pressure wave that is transmitted to the target area and radiates into the tissue.

Accessory for the Onda device

An effective solution for a wide range of therapeutic conditions

The mechanical energy triggers biostimulating responses in the tissue and has a positive effect on a wide range of orthopaedic, physiotherapeutic and pain conditions.

ONDA offers the best balance between performance and practicality – it delivers up to 185 mJ of maximum energy (comparable to approximately 6 bar in pneumatic systems), with adjustable frequency and a compact design that makes it easy to transport.

It also reduces the sensation of pain thanks to better distribution of the pressure waves, giving the therapist a better therapeutic response.
