Why is GRAVISPINE effective?
Unloading of the spinal joints facilitates lateral correction and derotation of the spinal curvature. This creates favourable conditions for correcting scoliosis without the application of high pressure.
The patient's lying position with trunk stabilisation allows precise three-dimensional correction of the spine while maintaining stabilisation of the pelvis and spine.
Automated change of the tilt angle of the table allows anti-gravity unloading of the spine at any angle change interval.
Example of a therapy course
In all therapies there is a 20-minute break between therapy sessions.
Scoliosis
2–3 sessions per weektherapy 2 × 20 minutes
Scheuermann's disease
2–3 sessions per weektherapy 2 × 20 minutes
Functionally shortened lower limb
